To guarantee a smooth, non-streaky application, paint the first coat very thin and let it dry for a solid few minutes before moving on to a more substantial second layer.
 

For Best Results:
1. Choose the base coat that’s right for you. HEALING Hydration, BASIC Base Coat, TOTAL Two-in-One, or RESTORE Ridge Repair. Apply 1 coat to clean, dry nails.
2. Apply 1-2 coats of any of our nail color polishes.
3. Finish by applying 1 coat of CALMING Clear Top Coat or TOTAL Two-in-One our base + top hybrid.
4. Choose the cuticle protection that’s right for you! NOURISH Nail Serum or CARESS Cuticle Oil to protect, renew, and restore.

    1. Product Purchase Policy

     

    Eligible Products: Alliance Clinics offers a variety of foot and ankle care products including, but not limited to, inserts, custom orthotics, compression socks, creams, lotions, and other retail products designed to support foot health.

     

    Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) cards, and cash. All purchases are subject to applicable taxes.

     

    Insurance: Some products, such as custom orthotics, may be covered by insurance. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for coverage details before purchasing. Our staff can assist with verifying benefits, but the final responsibility lies with the patient.

     

    Receipt:  A valid receipt will be provided for all purchases, which is required for returns or exchanges. 

     

    2. Return & Exchange Policy

     

    At Alliance Clinics, we strive to provide the highest quality products for your foot and ankle care needs. Due to the nature of our products, the following return and exchange policies apply:

     

    A. Custom-Made Products:

    • Custom Orthotics and Inserts



    •  
    • Non-refundable:  Custom-made orthotics are uniquely designed for each patient and are therefore non-refundable.

    • Adjustment Period: If adjustments are needed, we offer complimentary modifications within 30 days of delivery to ensure optimal comfort and fit.

    • Warranty: Custom orthotics come with a 6-month warranty for manufacturer defects.

       

    B. Non-Custom Retail Products:

    • Inserts, Socks, Creams, and Other Retail Products:

    • Return Window: Non-custom retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

    • Opened Products: Opened or used products, such as socks or creams, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

    • Defective Products: If a product is defective, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days.

     

    C. Final Sale Items:

    • Final Sale: All clearance and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


     

    3. Return Process

    • In-Person Returns:  Returns and exchanges can be made at any of our Alliance Clinics locations in Milwaukee, Kenosha, or Zion. Simply bring your product and receipt to our front desk, and our staff will assist you.

    • Shipping for Returns: If returning a product by mail, please contact us at 414 282 7209 for a return authorization. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

    • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is processed. If paid via cash, refunds will be processed as a check and mailed to the patient.

     

    4. Exchange Policy

    Exchanges: We offer product exchanges for size or fit issues on eligible items such as socks and inserts. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase and are subject to product availability.

       

    5. Product Education

    Staff Guidance: Our clinic staff is trained to assist patients in selecting the right product based on their specific foot and ankle care needs. We encourage patients to consult with our staff before purchasing to ensure they are choosing the correct product.
